Good morning
In this unit there is no label on the bottom. There is quite a big white sticker on top and i can see at the end, next to the Wi-Fi it is stated "AcerNplify 802.11 a/g/n + BT 4.0". My understanding would be that i DO have BT. I have done all the steps that you have suggested without any luck. I want to find out where the problem would be. If we get to the point to go to Acer South Africa, i am worning you i will take a legal course as i have had problems with Head Office Acer SA for more than 1 year.
I am expecting any suggestions and will keep you posted regarding any development.

Small update. I HAVE BT and seems to be able to find some staff. I can see some devices. Wheather i can connect to them or not i have no idea for the moment as they are somewhere in my office but i ahve no access to them. The part that is intriging me is that the BT cannot find my Nokia Lumia 920 (Windows Phone 8) device.
Any suggestion are welcome.
