After having to reload the network adapter drivers due to the internet connection cutting in and out I now get bttray & btvstack error messages when I access the desktop.  How can this be resolved?

I get the same BtTray err. message on my V5. Only cure seems to be delete the .exe file. If not using BlueTooth that seems reasonable. However, after a system Refresh it comes back. I've seen no response on this forum.
