Hi,

I am finding that my brand new (yesterday!) Aspire S7 will not connect to my work guest network. The driver is 10.0.0.218 and the network is a WPA-Personal network with AES encryption. I have tried manually and automated setup but I can't connect at all (my old laptop connects fine). I see a lot of people are having drops... but I don't even get that far with this network! Any ideas?

I realized it has 10.0.0.216 not 218

I downgraded to the earliest version available on Acer support site and it worked.  I also re-installed Win 8 because the factory defaluts exhibited weird behavior - like Fn Q (airplane mode) would actually kill the wireless and won't re-active when I pushed Fn-Q again.
