The fans in the system are located at the rear of the unit. The larger fan, approximately where you are hearing this noise. When the fan spins up, it will create some noise. I'm unable to ascertain if this is the proper amount of fan noise or not, but given that the fan was replaced, I can only assume that it is operating correctly.
If you do not believe it to be working properly, please contact your service center for a follow up.
