Is there a way to download the eRecovery Management application in the form of an iso file or something similiar? 

I don't see any "Acer" application under All Programs nor I do not see it when booting up the machine and pressing Alt + F10 when I see the Acer splash screen.   This machine is running slow/sluggish and I wish to re-image it.  I'm running Windows 7 Starter.

Did you create a set of recovery disks? You should try to use those. You might want to call and see if they'll send you a set or if you have to buy a set.

Its a netbook so no disc can be used! i am having the same similar problem. there must be a way to get it. anyone with help.
