Apsire X3950 - not sure which replacement fan to buy

The CPU fan in my Aspire X3950 desktop clearly has worn out bearings.  It sounds like a cross between a jet turbine and a lawnmower at inconsistent intervals.  I thought, at first, that some dust was caught in it, but after blowing it out several times, with mixed results, I obviously need to replace it.  That said, it is functioning fine right now, but I'd like to replace it before it dies and/or gets far too annoying to deal with.

Unfortunately, I'm haven't been up on building computers from scratch for several years now, and I cannot find specs for my fan or a place to buy replacement parts for this particular Acer machine.  Any help in pointing me in a direction where I can fix this myself would be appreciated.  The machine is out of warranty, and for the amount it'll cost getting it to and from an Acer repair facility is not worth the time or money.  I know how to disassemble and reassemble still, so I just need to have some options for compatible parts.

*edit - I measured the fan and it looks like it's a 100mm fan.

Thanks,

G.
