Any way to order internal monitor parts (power board 79045050)?

I have a six-year-old ACER AL2016W Bbd monitor whose power board failed about two weeks ago. The power board

is an ILP-001, part # 79045050. The board blows its 2A/250V slow-blow fuse as soon as it is connected to AC power

even when the board is disconnected from all other parts (inverter, controller etc.). Thus, it's the power board that's

at fault. I tried a capacitor repair kit, but the fuse still fails after that repair. (None of the original electrolytic capacitors looked

bad, but I thought I'd give replacement a try.) The monitor was otherwise fine, so I'd like to replace the power board and

continue using the monitor.

Does anyone know where one can order such a part? Unfortunately, I haven't found a source through the Internet.
