Hi,
I purchased an Aspire 5733 series laptop in Feb 12 and it is now faulty. I have tried several times to register the product on the website but it doesn't recognise the SNID or serial number.
Without this i cannot contact the support team. I bought it from Comet, which means I cannot take it back to the store.

Also having this problem, except my laptop was bought almost 2 years ago now from Acer Direct. Neither the SNID or Serial Number are recognised, meaning I can't get support.
