Various adverts and announcements say the Acer V5 comes with a USB converter cable that givesRJ45, and video connection. It doesn't -and there is no such item advertised in the Acer Online Store - just a very expensive (£30.99) ethernet converter. Bit of a con. if you need ot conect ot a screen you can us a miniport connection, but that's not the point, and it doesn't give ryou the video and RJ45 in one cable.
I'm afraid I am unable to address the availability of the converter cable in the UK.
I was made aware that the United States store has a small stock of the cable for sale.
