Needing help finding Windows 7 64bit drivers for the Acer V3 772G-9460.

It would appear your model was never released with Windows 7. Consequently, drivers are not available.

You could try the Windows 7 drivers from the V3-771G - no guarantee they will work but maybe worth a try.

So, these are first results when you google "acer v3-772g windows 7"  http://driver-lap.blogspot.com/2013/07/acer-aspire-v3-772g-drivers-for-windows.html.  and  http://laptop-drivers-uk.blogspot.com/2013/08/acer-aspire-v3-772g-drivers-for-windows.html. Never tried them because after initial unfriendlines, I got to like the win 8.

I just want to point out that Alan is correct. The V3-772G was not released with Windows 7. The blogspot article above is actually pulling drivers for the V3-7710G which was only made available in our Asia Pacific region. While the drivers may work, they were not qualified for the V3-772G.
