Hi!

I have an Acer Netbook, Aspire 1.

I am able to connect thru a wired internet. As far as the Wireless -  I am able to connect to my wireless home network, but unable to connect or get-on to the internet. It seems the Network card is unable to read the Encryption, WPA and WPA2 is unreadable.  I was able to connect Wireless Internet outside at the coffee shop sucessfully.

I had tried all options of unistalling the drivers for the wireless network adapter. Contacted my ISP and they have tried all options from their side, and came to the decision that the Network card is unable to read the Encryption. WPA and WPA2 is unreadble, but the moment he removed the Encryption, wireless was connected without issues.

I would highly appreciate if you would kindly suggest or help me in repairing my Wireless Internet issue.

Yours Sincerely,

Mohammed Anwar

It is helpful to let the community know the following:

    What computer do you have?
What operating system is on the computer?

Do you have any error messages?
