Hi,
Try this out,
1) Windows 8 Total Shout down > ( Settings > Change PC Settings >General > Advanced Startup - Restart Now > Turn Off your PC.
Is it under warranty ? Where did you purchased ( Country)

I purchased it in USA,and this one is refurbished one.
I bought it from Bestbuy.com.Dono the warranty terms.
How to sort this??
