i recently purchase Acer E1-531 aspire laptop, i was faced a problem in that, how to activate and deactivate the webcam & wifi network..

You can toggle WiFi (and Bluetooth) on and off with <FN> + <F3>.
If your OS is Windows 7, you can use your webcam by running the Cyberlink WebCam application.
I believe Windows 8 has webcam functionality built in (possibly via the 'charms' menu).
