Hello,
I have one Acer Aspire 5532.
It works pretty fine, but three days ago some keys stopped to work.
I believe that this keyboard is damaged and must be replaced.
The point is that a friend of mine told me that I should look for "Acer Diagnostic Test Tools". He said that those tools can provide me the exact issue.
Small note:
Keys s, d, m, up arrow, caps lock and some others aren't working, BUT if I press "k"+"g"+"s" together I get an "X" and "k"+"g"+"d" outputs a "c".
Thank you

Are you sure the num lock is not set ? That will change the key scan codes on a keyboard without a numberpad.

Aspire 5532 keyboard has numberpad and doesn't matter if num lock is on or off, the mentioned keys still not work...
