I was in the process of trying to use the chrome recovery tool for the PARROT RUFF A-C 6172. I had to unplug the USB because it wasn't doing anything. I did another restart on the chromebook and the developer screen is now in spanish!
The original language was english and it was in english when I started the recovery process.

Never mind, this problem is solved. Back to english, but see my other post please.
