I cant get my Acer C120 picoprojector to run on my Sony Vaio SVE1112M1EW.EC1 running WIN8.

When plugging in, the projector starts, but only 1-2 times out of 10 does it pop the "run software" dialogue box. And it rarely works.

I´ve tried the main connector in borth USB 3.0 and 2.0 sockets

My PC screen is set to 1280x768 or 800x600 resolution. The win 8 is fully updated.

Does anyone have install drivers availble?

Ok. I have a fix after being in contact with acer support Norway.

Started with deactivating signed drivers during advanced startup.

The the solution is to plug the main usb connector into a 2.0usb instead of a 3.0jack. The slave i plugged in the 3.0usb instead.
If the screen resolution must be set at 1280x768 or less.

This popped the driver install window and everything worked
