That's rotten luck! If you've broken it yourself, it won't be covered under warranty, so the best thing to do is to contact Acer support to see if they will repair it for you and for how much. Or try your local PC shop.

I recently cracked my acer aspire v5 571p screen by acidently dropping it
From research from australia heres what i found in australian currency.
I rang acer they refered me to brillant technoloies they sell there screens for $530 I think it redicilous you have to buy a price of a new laptop for a simple screen problem its like they think the motherboards failed..
So i went ahead and called an australia repair store and they said $320 I haven't yet tried them yet but when I get the money Im going to try them as soon as I get the money for the repair job

Around same with me
Im not sure if the touch screen is replacable Im sure the screen is soldered to the unit and I can't find A tutorial anywhere let me know if you do.

Opened the screen looking at it the whole top needs to be replaced $340 here.
