Re: Acer Aspire one - No bootable device

Good day

Make sure that you have no other storage devices such as external hdd, sd card, etc. Go to the bios by pressing F2 upon switching the machine on, go to boot and make sure that your HDD is set on 1st. If this is the case and the machine still doesnt boot up, you need to get the hard drive changed as it is faulty.

Have you installed an operating system on the hard drive ?

Re: Acer Aspire one - No bootable device

I'm getting the same error message on mine, I read that Acer has been having a problem with this for a couple of years now and won't to anything about it. Has anyone else heard anything about that?
