I recently ordered an Acer Aspire S7-391-6468. I've seen some reviews where the laptop comes with an extended battery. Does anyone know if this model comes with the extended battery? Thanks.

I thought only the S7-191 came with the extended battery. I was not aware any S7-391 were bundled with batteries (yet). Could you advise the review(s) where you saw this?

At the very end of the video he shows that an extended battery was included with the laptop.

There is indeed a slot in the box to put the extended battery. But so far I have not seen this included in any bundle as of yet. With the 191 it was kind of essential as the battery life is a bit too short otherwise. Unfortunately the 391 extended battery is quite expensive to buy separately
