My Acer Aspire One 722 hard drive has crashed and I only purchased it 10 months ago. I tried to Chat on

but when i type in the SNID it says...."The serial number you have entered is not eligible for warranty support according to our available data."
Anyone have any tips on what to do next?

You may place the repair order by updating the purchase date and you also have the option to attach the proof of purchase receipt.
