We just purchased the above listed model of Acer Aspire - I am attempting to set it up for my daughter and I am not able to download a few Aps.  An example is "Frozen Free Fall".  It states it is not compatible?  Can you please advise why it won't work with this application.

I've just checked, and the "Frozen Free Fall" app is compatible with Windows 8 AND Windows RT - so there is no reason whatsoever for this not to work with your E1-470P.

Do you have any other error messages or just the "Not compatible" one?

Make sure that the laptop is fully up to date with the Windows updates, then try again. Or there may be a problem with the Windows App Store, so try again a little later.
