I got this laptop just little bit under 2 years, and the wifi on this laptop was perfectly fine, it connect to my home wifi no problem, but one day all of a sudden, it won't connect. My smart phone and Ipad connect to the wifi no problem, so I assume the problem is not on the wifi itself.
I tried to reformat my laptop and restart it back to factory setting, but the wifi part still won't work. it does showed there is a wifi there with very very weak connection, I tried to connect to it, it won't work. Went under property and everything it said everything is working properly and update is up to date.
My warrnty is over and I have no idea how to fix it, can anyone help me please?? Thanks

If you have not updated the software / driver for the wireless card, then the possibilities that I see for this issue all involve the hardware of the wireless card.
It may be possible that an antenna has detached from the wireless card, or the wireless card may simply have malfunctioned.
I can point you to your local Acer service center for assistance, or if you have particular questions, I can attempt to answer them.
