Ok so I have a fairly new Aspire running windows 7, I turn the computer on and get online using google chrome. Most times it gets online no problem, i then will shut the screen down putting the laptop to sleep. I may be able to do this 5 or 6 times and it will get online no problem but then i press the google chrome shortcut on my desktop and nothing...then I will try to shut the computer down and it wont shut down..it goes to the screen "logging off" and will just sit there...for hours if I let it. I then am forced to press and hold the power botton to turn it off and then on again...

have you attempt to restore system to factory settings to make sure not software problem keeping Windows open
