When I try to load erecover and treset the operating system to factory default, after a little time it says please insert Recovery disc one. After a few seconds it comes back with an error and says "sorry the disc can not be loaded as it doesnt have enough data storage" or something. What should I do?

contact Acer service for new disc or use

Did you find resolution to your issue? I'm having the same issue. I contacted Acer & was told either my hard drive is bad (Best Buy told me previously it wasn't bad) or the partitions are wrong. I'm a novice at this- but a fairly quick study Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
