I have a customer who is experiencing numerous virus attacks and has had some unseen issues within her DMI configuration in the Insyde BIOS as DMI doesnt seem to be in order...Using an Award DMI config viewer, I am seeing a numerous Virtual Floppy entries and her LIon Battery DMI info indicated her battery is Fake??? Her latptop uses the intel i3 processor which is a 2x2 core processor, but the DMI registers 15 virtual processors???

Here is a listing of her DIAG HARDWARE / DMI INFO:

Does anyone see an Issue with This Report? I have found blank entries in her DMI BIOS Listing that reference virtual memory allocation to the boot process but it doesn't show on this report..I can only see skips in the DMI addressing which I believe shouldn't be happening. I have tried a BIOS update from 1.19 back to 1.18 through windows, but not even the update seems to eliminate these phantom entries in her DMI table....?? Any Suggestions?
