Acer 5552 wont charge while running + others.

my laptop wont charge while running. shut it down and it charges fine. also, if i try to boot on ac only, its starts to boot then shuts off. tried different adaptor, same results.

what i notice different about my problem i didnt see listed here is that when i plug the charger in while running, all the lights start to blink. the power button light, the battery and hdd.

i tried the uninstall of m$ compliant battery something another driver. as well as remove battery drain power. nothing!

what do you think could be the problem? running windows 7 genuine!
