I bought my Iconia Tab A700 about six weeks ago and now it has simply stopped working. It's hung in the boot sequence and never gets past the second logo where it says ICONIA TAB. It just cycles through to this step over and over again. I've tried the reset button, but nothing works. Any ideas before I have to send it back to the shop? I've heard that dealing with Acer Customer Support is not a pleasant experience.
As of yesterday, I have the same problem. My Iconia Tab A700 goes through the Acer logo, then the animated Acer logo, then "Iconia Tab." There it hangs. I have seen instructions for restoring to factory default, but it requires going though menus which of course don't come up. Is there a hardware full reset to factory? Or is it a hardware problem requiring servicing. Thanks!
