i have an aspire s3-391. I bought an hdmi cable to hook my tv up to my laptop so i could watch netflix. After hooking up the cable i could not get windows to recognize the tv. So i did a little trouble shooting. I updated my intel driver with the hdmi cable still connected. After completeing the driver update the tv was displaying what was on my monitor, wich is what i want. But then the driver updater prompted for a restart of my computer. After restart i cant get the tv to be recognized again. So i read that some times you need to enable recognition in the bios. I updated my bios to latest 1.25 but when i restart and tap f2 my screen remains blank. Dont know where to go. Any tips please.

If you are still unable to connect the devices, we would suggest attempting to output to a different HDMI equipped monitor or TV to see which device is causing the issue.
