It could be a problem with the USB board itself or the mainboard.

Also, look in device manager and see if there is a red or yellow symbol next to the usb ports. You could also look at the USB port properties and uncheck "allow windows to turn off this device"sometimes it turns off and will not turn on again.

i already did that and nothing there was ab-normal

& you tried multiple devices in that usb port?

or tried the same device in multiple ports?

Same here! USB port on left side works fine with same device plugged into right side does not work, both right side do not work?
