"Acer Webcam not found"

When I clicked my Acer Crystal Eye Webcam a warning window popped out saying 'Webcam not found...please turn on'. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and all I got is a 'Camera not found' window. I realised that the camera light wasn't lighting so I figured that the camera was disabled. I CANNOT find the webcam settings nor the 'Imaging Device's option in the Control Panel. Please help me with a proper solution. I had just bought this aspire V5 a few months prior and I am truly dissapointed by this camera failure.

Thank you!

Re: "Acer Webcam not found"

Good day

If you cannot see "Imaging Device" in device manager your camera is definately faulty and needs to be replaced.
