phoenix trustedCore (tm) setup utility

 

 

Hi, i m facing problem to enter BIOS setup utility...when i press F2 or F12 to enter BIOS, Phoenix TrustedCore (tm) setup utility gives me a box to enter password....But unfortunately i have forgot the password...Pls let me know how m i suppose to enter the BIOS utility......By the way i have flashed or upgraded the existing BIOS....But the problem still remains....Russell

You would need to send the unit to Acer for service to have the password removed.

Hi, Do u have any advice so that i can fix my problem myself....without letting me go to the acer service centre....Russell.
