how do I get windows 7 again when I replace my hard drive?

My hard drive is failing and I ordered a new hard drive on Amazon. I now realize I do not have Windows 7 disks and cannot get them from Acer. What do I do??

Did your computer ship with Windows 7 on it? If so, you can create your own Windows 7 recovery software by following the instructions at http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12866. If it did not ship with Windows 7, you would need to use licensed installation media to install it once you have replaced the hard drive.
