This comptuer comes with windows 7. Are you asking for the windows 8 update or Recovery Disks for your comptuer because your OS or hard drive crashed? If you are looking for Windos 8, your computer does not qualify. It is too old. Sorry. If you need recovery disks for your comptuer, you can go to http://store.acer.com and see if they have any in stock. There is a phone number there if you need to call.
