ACER Extenza 4630Z, I put in a blank DC/DVD I get a message saying NO DISK. hOW TO RESOLVE?

Can you offer a screenshot of the message? It could be possible that you need to install drivers for your CD/DVD drive, or there may be a loose cable. Again, a screenshot would be very useful! ![]()

1. For optical drive fault, remove upper and lower filters. Here is how do it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929461
Also, can you boot from your optical drive using a boot disc.
2. For camcorder, I suggest you contact your camcoder vendor.
If I were you, I would backup my data and reload the machine to factory.

We are unable to support the Sony DCR-HC26. You may find support on the Sony pages for this device.
It may help others in the community if you were to post any error messages, processes, or general configurations you are using in attempting to copy from the camcorder.
