Ive already sent emails for both UK and Portugal support, but u should try it also so we could get some answers, if they only see 1 person they probably wont even answer me.

I think u shoudl send to both of them or call both of them unfortunately now with the holidays we cant phone to any number, tomorrow they should be wokring though.
