As there aren't (at least to my understanding/knowledge) any actual acer employees supporting users here you should probably contact the support for your country in questions around your SNID. The only thing I know about it is that it should typically be 11 digits long.

Where does it say your SNID is not valid?
Are you trying to order erecovery disk or talk to tech support?

I'm having the same problem on a tablet I just bought from Microsoft store. I've spent hours sitting on hold or talking to people in India while they try and sort out my SNID so they can route me through to tech support. Kind of sucks.
