The hard drive was replaced in my Acer Laptop on September 25, 2012. The hard drive has crashed once again but the 1 year warrenty expired in October 2012. Is the replaced hard drive under warrenty for 90 days from date of repair. I also purchased the extended warrenty only to find out a few days later that it only covered software issues. I cannot get to speak with someone at Acer because the automated system keeps cutting me off because my 1 year warrenty is expired.
