I have an Acer Iconia Tab W500 and I am having problems with top of the screen not responding to touch. I've tried recalibrating and still does not respond. Whenever I touch the top left or center the pointer shows up to the far righ corner. If I tap below the top everything is ok. Any suggestions?

Calibration is the optimal solution, which you have attempted.
The only recourse at this point would be to check with your local service or customer care center for assistance.

My experience with my W510 is the exact opposite. My touch screen was working OK but missing some touches so I decided to run the calibration from the Tablet PC Settings in Control Panel. After I did this almost nothing worked with touch until I clicked Reset in Tablet PC Settings to delete my calibration data.
