I PURCHASED A 2nd-hand EXTENSA 5620. {MY 1st. EXTENSA 5620 HAS A MOTHERBOARD-PROBLEM, CURRENTLY. }
I LEARNED THE HDD WAS WIPED . A FEW ACER-APPS WERE PRESERVED or RE-INSTALLED.
HOW CAN I RESTORE TO FACTORY ? PLEASE FORWARD TO ACER-SERVICE, IF POSSIBLE.
