Hello,
I need to make recovery disks for my laptop (Extensa 4420) which crashed. I need to take it to a servicer to see if they can repair it or if it needs to be trashed (it's approx 4 years old). The information I found on the Acer site instructed you to go to the start menu, etc. which is not an option for me. How do I download the files to a CD-R? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and please give me step by step if you can, I'm not technical in any way shape or form.
