Firmware Bug M242HML

Hi,

 

I discovered a big firmware Problem on my M242HML monitor. If I adjust the color brightness and contrast, some ghost pictures appear on the screen, especially on high contrasted red images.

 

The error occurs on every "scenario mode", except for "standard". Even if I copy all settings from "standard" to "user" scenario mode, the problem occurs.

 

First I thought this was a production error and so I let the mainboard replace twice - without success.

 

I don't know how to report the error to Acer, so what can I do now?

 

Error details:

* Both HDMI Ports

* High contrasts appear 3 pixels both left and right from the intended position

* In all sharpness configurations
