I have had ongoing problems with this. The only solution Acer Support was to do a factory reset, which did not solve the problem. I have since found out, that without physically removing the SD card , if I unmount then re-mount the card the dups disapear. Does not repair the problem but easier than deleting and reinstalling

It is hard to say what software may be causing the issue you're seeing. It sounds as if you've found a way to work with the issue.
