Abandon hope all you who have purchased an Acer, Acer only seem to take money from you and then abandon you! I've tried to contact Acer for a week, gone to Dabs I purchased from and nothing, in fact every where on the net I've searched comes up the same, Acer do not allow contact from anybody!

As a technician i have contacted acer tech support many times for customers. they have many ways to be contacted, email, live chat and telephone assistance if your machine is under warranty. Please search the Acer support site for this information, its readily available.

I have many times like others tried to email acer so what you say is wrong, like many others the form always says not recognised. I have loged into my account no problem but when trying to email still the same and if you read more on the forum you will findmany more the same so if you know how to get past this refusal and send an email please let me and other know??????????

I have tried again now been trying for a week and only ever get the below even though I have entered my details correctly as it lets me into my account but try to emal and you only get.
