Why is my Acer Chrometab 10 (D651N) not powering on or charging?
SYMPTOMS
Your Chrometab 10 may not power on if it is charged for an extended period of time after the battery has completely charged to 100%.
SOLUTION
You should update to Chrome OS to version 71.0.3578.127 (or later) to avoid experiencing this issue. If you have a Chrometab 10 that has no power after charging, Please contact our Customer Service for additional support.
