Why are there two power buttons on the ConceptD 3 Ezel?

You can use the power button on the keyboard when using your computer in notebook mode and do not have fingerprint access enabled. The power button on the left supports the fingerprint function and can be used when the product is in float/pad mode and the keyboard is not accessible.
