Windows 10: Change a drive letter in disk management

How do I change the letter of a drive volume or partition in disk management?

Use the following steps to change the letter used to identify a drive or a partition:

Right click on the Start menu.
Select Disk Management.
Right-click on the drive letter you want to change and click Change Drive Letter and Paths.
Click Change...
Use the drop down to the right of Assign the following drive letter: to select a new drive letter.
Click OK.
