R3-131T keyboard may not be recognized in PXE boot environment after battery power is lost

The loss of battery power can cause a temporary keyboard issues in PXE boot or other non-windows environments. The keyboard is not affected in Windows 7 or 10 operating systems.

This condition can be corrected by rebooting the computer via the power button. External keyboards are not affected and can be used as a workaround.
