How can I stop video flickering when when I use the Windows Camera application?

The Windows camera application has a flicker reduction setting that can be changed if you are experiencing camera flickering. If you experience this, we recommend adjusting the video camera flicker reduction rate using the steps below.

Type Camera in the Windows search box and select the Camera application from the list of search results.
Click the settings icon
.Scroll down and change the Flicker Reduction setting to 50Hz.
