    Richl,

No clue honestly, I would recommend you just keep checking the driver page for them. If they do respond to let me know they have uploaded them I will pass a post along, it is kind of hit or miss for the notification though. (LOL)

This is a peer to peer support forum. Acer does not provide technical assistance through these boards.

    Richl,

Thank you for your patience, I received a response regarding the drivers. I was advised that they have requested the drivers to get added to our download site for customers who perform a clean install. While I do not see them on the support site at this exact moment of posting, keep checking for them.

I was also advised that the SW5-011 can update the Windows 10 drivers through Windows Update, so there is that as well. Smiley Happy

Thanks for the info.  I ran all of the downloads and three of the four ran without error (Bluetooth, Others, & wireless LAN).  The forth (Platform Drivers) failed.  The log file shows the following.

Latest M/s updates got the sound to work.  The Camera need help.  The picture is very dark and barely visable.

    Richl,

Remove the camera drivers and reboot, let Windows reload them.

Deleted drivers and restarted windows, the following was installed.  Now I get a BLUE Screen and a reboot when loading the camera app.

I deleted the camera and reran the ACER Intel driver updates, I still get an almost black camera screen.

I also lost the camera on my SW5-011 and nothing helped: I tried to delete both the camera and sensor drivers, they get re-installed, but the camera is not back, although the drivers seem to be working properly...

Also, there are no new camera drivers on the Acer Support site and I was unable to find any drivers on either Inetl or OmiVision websites. Have no idea what to do, tried everything :-)

Should I physically delete drivers from the the C: drive or what?

I have tried all of that and nothing works.  I am waiting for Acer to get off of their butts and help.

    Dear Acer Support team,

Apparently, the driver "Camera Sensor OV2720" doesn't have a correct signature this is why Windows 10 doesn't install it and rejects the whole "Intel Platform Dirvers" package when I tried to install it. I'm getting the same error message ('incorrect signature') when I'm trying to install the OmniVision OV2720 driver alone (Windows finds the driver, but cannot install it), so for the moment the camera sensor is a non-recognized device in my system and this is why the camera is not working.

Can you please fix the signature issue with the "Camera Sensor OV2720" driver as soon as possible? I assume it shouldn't be a big problem, right?

    Thank you!
