Display Port 2 is not working on Veriton M6620g

Greetings,

I have a Veriton M6620g desktop with 1 DVI and 2 Display Ports onboard. The literature states that this model supports 3 monitor setup - http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/press/2012/42292 - However, my Display Port 2 is not being recognized. I have connected multiple different monitors to display port 2, jointly with others conencted to the other DP and DVI port and on their own. No dice.

I looked in the BIOS for some setting that might manage the operation of the port, but found nothing there.

Any ideas on what to try or what's wrong?

Thanks,

Crayadder

    crayadder,

Could you please prpvide the part number of your desktop so I can research this for you? I'm looking at our documentation and see that three monitor display is supported with Ivy Bridge CPUs.

Try shutting down your computer. Unplug the power cord on your computer. Unplug all of your DP and DVI cables from computer. Unplug power cables on monitors. Wait 30 seconds. Plug power cord in. Turn on computer. Plug in your DP and DVI.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

    Hi Justin,

If Veriton M6620g isn't the part number where do I find it?

    Thanks,

    Crayadder

I've been out of office all week, let me research this a little for you to see if I'm missing something.
